Die Exklusivbuchung umfasst folgende Bereiche des Hotels:

24 Betten im Bettenlager
Stüberl (ca. 30 Sitzplätze)
Gastraum (ca. 80 Sitzplätze)
Außenterrassen
Unsere Seitenterrasse ist nicht inkludiert 

Mindestumsatz/Kosten:
Gerne bieten wir das Wallberghaus exklusiv für Sie an. Dies bedeutet eine komplette Buchung der Räumlichkeiten und Zimmer ist dazu verpflichtend Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir dafür einen Mindestumsatz wie folgte erheben:

Nutzung des Wallberghauses

ab 10:00 des Veranstaltungstages bis 09:30 Uhr des Folgetages: 

8.000 Euro (Dienstag oder Mittwoch oder Donnerstag) 
10.000 Euro (Freitag)
14.000 Euro (Schließtag & Samstag)

In den Mindestumsatz werden folgende Kosten einberechnet: Raummieten, Pauschalen, Speisen und Getränke. Sollte der Mindestumsatz nicht erreicht werden, würde der Differenzbetrag als zusätzliche Raummiete berechnet.

Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen in unserem Berghotel Altes Wallberghaus:
7 Bergzimmer mit Doppelbett 
1 Familienzimmer mit 6 Betten 
4 Familienzimmer mit 4 Betten 
24 Betten in unserem Bettenlager 

Gesamtpreis: 4.140 Euro
Alternativ Mischpreis: 115 Euro pro Zimmer/Bettenlager Bett
Bei einer Exklusivbuchung ist die Abnahme aller Zimmer verpflichtend.

Bergfrühstück mit regionalen Speisen (07:00-9:30 Uhr) 
Bademantel / Badeschlappen

Die Zimmer sind in der Regel ab 15:00 Uhr zum Check-in verfügbar. Der Check-out muss bis 09:30 Uhr erfolgen.

Minimum sales / costs:
We are happy to offer the Wallberghaus exclusively for you. This means a complete booking of the premises and rooms is mandatory.Please note that we charge a minimum turnover for this as follows:

Use of the Wallberghaus

from 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event to 9:30 a.m. the following day:

8,000 euros (Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday)
10,000 euros (Friday)
14,000 euros (closing day & Saturday)

The following costs are included in the minimum sales: room rental, flat rates, food and drinks. If the minimum turnover is not reached, the difference would be charged as an additional room rental.

1 family room with 6 beds
4 family rooms with 4 beds
24 beds in our bed dorm

Total price: 4,140 euros
Alternatively mixed price: 115 euros per room / dormitory bed
In the case of an exclusive booking, the acceptance of all rooms is mandatory.
